هذه القطعة من ويتير وعددية بعمر 85 عامًا مع تصميم حالة مقاومة للماء “Clamshell” بالبراءة المصممة من قبل تاوبرت بورجل في الثلاثينيات. كان هذا أحد التصاميم المقاومة للماء فعلياً للساعات الرسمية المستطيلة وذلك كان مختومًا ب BREVD DEM. وهو اختصار فرنسي لـ brevet demandé—“ براءة قيد الانتظار.” صانعو الساعات في سويسرا كانوا يطبعونها في الثلاثينيات إلى الأربعينيات لإظهار أن التصميم تم تقديمه ولكن لم يتم منحه بعد؛ بعد الموافقة سترى غالباً BREV. DEP. أو BREVETÉ مع رقم البراءة. كتابات المينا، الحالة الفولاذية ذات الأركان الأربعة مختومة بـ “Acier Inoxydable”، والتصميم العام يضع هذه إلى الأربعينيات. ظهر العلبة برقم 66426 هو رمز العلبة. الميزات الصحيحة للفترة والطباعة تتسق مع خط "Superior" لـ Wyler في منتصف القرن.

I am so happy with this purchase! Communication was super easy with EVW and they negotiated on price. Upon receiving the watch, I was simply stunned. The condition of restoration is incredible. The gold case is flawless, the case back is perfect, and the dial has only 1 small imperfection (pictured in listing, expected). For a watch from 1982, this is amazing. The Caliber 1110 movement is working very smoothly. The quick-set date is great, and the power reserve is too.
