Early-1950s Longines Automatic Design
This Vintage Longines Automatic Reference 6058 dates to 1951, a period when self-winding wristwatches were becoming central to everyday Swiss watchmaking. Its 33 mm gold-plated case, pale dial and applied numerals give the watch a composed, distinctly mid-century presence, while the 41 mm lug-to-lug span lends it balanced wrist proportion. Inside, the 18-jewel automatic calibre 22AS anchors the design in Longines’ mechanical tradition. For today’s collector, it offers a focused expression of early-1950s automatic watch design.
