Reference 14390 is documented by Omega as a late-1950s Seamaster in stainless steel with a screw-in case and manual-winding caliber 285, a configuration that continued into the early 1960s. The “SC” suffix on 14390-61-SC is widely used to indicate seconde centrale, meaning the case is intended for a center-seconds movement, consistent with the center seconds hand layout seen on this watch.
