A 1969 Omega Chronostop Genève
Omega Chronostop Genève Ref. 146012 reflects the design language of 1969, with proportions and details characteristic of its era. Its 42.0 mm proportions, steel case and original blue dial with date at 3 and heavy age-related spotting and surface degradation dial create a composed, wearable presence without obscuring the watch’s individual period character. Inside, the manual calibre 920, fitted with 17 jewels provides the technical foundation and connects the watch with Omega’s watchmaking tradition. The steel omega bracelet completes a practical configuration suited to regular wear. For a contemporary collector, it offers a considered combination of period design, mechanical interest and everyday usability.
