Why this watch.

A 1920s Omega Pocket Movement Reborn

This conversion centers on an authentic Omega 18''' Lepine pocketwatch movement from circa 1920s, presented in a substantial 48mm stainless-steel wrist case with a transparent exhibition back. The original white dial with Breguet-style numerals, red 5-minute markers and small seconds at 6 preserves the period character while the modern case and calf leather strap make it wearable today. Manually wound and finished with 15 jewels, the movement offers a direct mechanical link to early 20th-century watchmaking. For a contemporary collector, it’s a tactile way to experience historic horology on the wrist.
