The PRIM Diplomat presented here dates to the early 1970s and wears its era plainly: a 34 mm steel snap-back case with a faceted bezel and a crisp silver sector dial with applied batons and a date at 3. Under the dial sits a hand-wound Cal. 684 (stamped 68.4), a 17-jewel movement running at ~18,000 vph, reflecting mid-century Czech watchmaking practice.
