La « Beobachtungsuhr » (montre d'observation), ou B-Uhr, est un véritable témoin de l'histoire militaire. Commandées pendant la Seconde Guerre mondiale, ces imposantes montres étaient des instruments de navigation essentiels pour l'armée allemande, notamment la Kriegsmarine (marine de guerre) et les équipages d'U-Boote. I am so happy with this purchase! Communication was super easy with EVW and they negotiated on price. Upon receiving the watch, I was simply stunned. The condition of restoration is incredible. The gold case is flawless, the case back is perfect, and the dial has only 1 small imperfection (pictured in listing, expected). For a watch from 1982, this is amazing. The Caliber 1110 movement is working very smoothly. The quick-set date is great, and the power reserve is too.
