Notities en datering van verzamelaars
De datering is gebaseerd op de Gyromatic-lijn, het kastpatent Brev. 189190 en de architectuur van het uurwerk; er is geen openbare GP-serienummertabel beschikbaar. Serienummer van het uurwerk: 21094•• (volledig nummer in de kopersdocumenten). Deze Girard-Perregaux Gyromatic maakt gebruik van de zeldzame waterdichte kast met vier schroeven van Schmitz Frères uit 1936, het zogenaamde "clamshell"-ontwerp, dat beter bekend is van Gallet.

Wijzerplaat: Vintage tint met aangebrachte indexen; gelijkmatige patina, originele opdruk

I am so happy with this purchase! Communication was super easy with EVW and they negotiated on price. Upon receiving the watch, I was simply stunned. The condition of restoration is incredible. The gold case is flawless, the case back is perfect, and the dial has only 1 small imperfection (pictured in listing, expected). For a watch from 1982, this is amazing. The Caliber 1110 movement is working very smoothly. The quick-set date is great, and the power reserve is too.
