1968 IWC in a refined cushion case
This late-1960s IWC presents a clean silver sunburst dial in a 37 mm cushion/tonneau case, an elegant expression of period design that wears slightly larger than many contemporaries. Its construction — acrylic crystal, applied baton markers, framed date at 3, and a signed crown — is true to the era. Under the caseback the celebrated Pellaton-winding Cal. 8541 (25 jewels) brings robust, historically significant automatic performance. Freshly serviced and fitted to a new 20 mm leather strap, it offers a quietly refined option for collectors seeking classical Swiss engineering and everyday wearability.
