Dit Omega horloge, referentie 2609, is een waar vintage Jumbo, met een aanzienlijke afmeting van 37,5 mm – een opvallende maat voor midden jaren 50 die het horloge direct onderscheidt om de pols. Het productiejaar is autoritatief geverifieerd aan de hand van Omega's interne serieoverzichten voor uurwerken, en het wordt aangedreven door het handopwindbare Caliber 266, een betrouwbaar en precies lid van Omega's befaamde 30-mm familie.
Wat dit horloge uitzonderlijk maakt, is de prachtige tweekleurige grafietkleurige wijzerplaat met een kruisvormig ontwerp. Het subtiele kruis dat door het midden van de wijzerplaat loopt, creëert een opvallend middelpunt, terwijl de tweekleurige sunburst-afwerking diepte en verfijning toevoegt. The gold case is flawless, the case back is perfect, and the dial has only 1 small imperfection (pictured in listing, expected). For a watch from 1982, this is amazing. The Caliber 1110 movement is working very smoothly. The quick-set date is great, and the power reserve is too.
