Deze Omega 2603-4 is een opvallend voorbeeld van elegantie uit de vroege jaren 50, gekenmerkt door zowel zijn strakke, klassieke wijzerplaat met een kleine seconden subwijzerplaat als zijn uitzonderlijk onderscheidende "Spider" lugs. Deze langwerpige, gebeeldhouwde lugs geven het horloge een gracieuze doch indrukwekkende aanwezigheid om de pols, een designkenmerk dat door verzamelaars wordt geprezen om zijn zeldzaamheid en verfijnde kunstzinnigheid. Met een kast van 37,5 mm werd het in zijn tijd als royaal formaat beschouwd, en de verhoudingen blijven perfect gebalanceerd.
Aangedreven door het betrouwbare kaliber 265 uit Omega's gewaardeerde 30 mm-serie, draagt het uurwerk serienummer 13142805, wat een productiedatum van rond 1952 bevestigt, geverifieerd uit interne tabellen. Het horloge behoudt zijn tijdscorrecte acrylglas en gesigneerde kroon, wat de authenticiteit van zijn vintage karakter behoudt.

The gold case is flawless, the case back is perfect, and the dial has only 1 small imperfection (pictured in listing, expected). For a watch from 1982, this is amazing. The Caliber 1110 movement is working very smoothly. The quick-set date is great, and the power reserve is too.
