Dit prachtige uurwerk is een boeiende samensmelting van geschiedenis en moderniteit, met een vintage Omega zakhorloge uurwerk dat kunstig is omgevormd tot een polshorloge. Het Omega kaliber 19LB, een bewijs van de pioniersgeest van het merk in het begin van de 20e eeuw, drijft dit unieke horloge aan. Het uurwerk, daterend uit 1918 en geverifieerd aan de hand van interne serietabellen, wordt tentoongesteld via een transparante achterkant – een eigentijdse herinterpretatie die bewonderaars een kijkje gunt in de ingewikkelde mechanica. De grotere 48 mm roestvrijstalen kast sluit aan bij moderne voorkeuren, terwijl het een stukje horlogemakerkunst uit een vervlogen tijdperk herbergt. De levendige, professioneel gerestaureerde wijzerplaat voegt een vleugje kleur toe, waardoor dit horloge een echte gespreksstarter is voor zowel liefhebbers als verzamelaars.

I am so happy with this purchase! Communication was super easy with EVW and they negotiated on price. Upon receiving the watch, I was simply stunned. The condition of restoration is incredible. The gold case is flawless, the case back is perfect, and the dial has only 1 small imperfection (pictured in listing, expected). For a watch from 1982, this is amazing. The Caliber 1110 movement is working very smoothly. The quick-set date is great, and the power reserve is too.
