This is a RARE OMEGA Seamaster Diver 300M with the unique inscription on the watch lugs, "NOT FOR SALE." The inscription was added because Omega used the watch for marketing purposes before releasing the new model. When the watch fulfilled its purpose, it was given as a present, and it was probably sold by that person and went on the market after some time.
