Vintage Watch Valuation – Full Photo Report
An illustrated PDF report for owners and prospective buyers, based on exterior, movement and inside-caseback photographs.
This option is for owners or prospective buyers who can provide both external and internal photos of the watch. It allows for a deeper analysis and a more refined market-range estimate. Standard processing is approximately 2–4 business days after receipt of complete photographs and information.
What you receive
- Estimated production period and model-family context
- Movement identification and visible technical characteristics
- Analysis of caseback markings (references, hallmarks, manufacturer)
- Description of visible dial, hands, case and design elements
- A more precise market-range estimate based on complete photo data
Pre-Purchase Assessment
Considering a vintage watch you do not yet own? You can use this €89 Full Photo Report to obtain an independent, photograph-based informational assessment before committing to the purchase.
Send us the seller's photographs, a link to the listing (for example, Chrono24), the asking price and any specific questions. For this full report, please obtain clear movement and inside-caseback photographs as well as exterior views. A listing link alone is not sufficient if it lacks the required images. If the seller cannot provide the internal photographs, please contact us before ordering to confirm what assessment is possible.
- Review of visible dial, hands and case details, distinguishing natural aging, wear and damage from possible local repair, redial or refinishing where the photographs allow.
- Movement identification and assessment of historical consistency between the visible dial, case, movement and markings.
- An estimated market range with the asking price considered in light of visible condition and available comparable evidence.
- Clearly stated uncertainties and limitations of the photograph-based assessment.
Scope and limits: this is a photo-based informational assessment. We do not confirm authenticity and do not issue certificates. It is not a guarantee of originality, mechanical condition, future reliability or purchase outcome, and it does not replace physical inspection by a qualified watchmaker.
Standard processing is approximately 2–4 business days after receipt of complete materials. Please allow time for the report before agreeing to a purchase deadline.
