Mid‑century Omega with honeycomb dial
This Omega ref. 14713-61 dates to circa 1950 and presents a finely restored ivory honeycomb (waffle) dial within a 33 mm stainless steel case. The period-correct acrylic crystal, signed crown and dauphine hands preserve its dress-watch character while the 40 mm lug‑to‑lug and 10 mm thickness give it a balanced wrist presence. Inside sits the manual-wind Caliber 265 from the respected 30T2 family, a movement known for durability and precise timekeeping. Recently serviced and supplied with documentation, it offers a historically minded collector a wearable example of Omega’s mid‑century craftsmanship.
