This Privacy Policy describes how EVW Edyta Kaiser (“EVW”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes personal information when you visit or use our website, place an order, sign up for marketing, or otherwise interact with our services (collectively, the “Services”).
We sell worldwide. Where the EU/EEA/UK GDPR applies, we provide the disclosures and rights described below.

2) PLATFORM (SHOPIFY)
Our store is hosted on Shopify. Shopify provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell products and process orders. When you use the Services, your information is processed both by EVW and by Shopify as necessary to provide and secure the Services.

F. Device and usage information

Shopify Payments and related payment partners/banks process payment transactions and fraud prevention.
C. Shipping and fulfillment carriers
We share shipping details needed to deliver your order with: DHL, DHL Express, FedEx, DPD, GLS (and postal/shipping partners as needed for delivery to your destination).
D. Marketing and advertising partners (where enabled)
Google advertising services used to run and measure ads, subject to your cookie/consent choices and applicable law.
E. Professional advisors and authorities
Accountants, auditors, legal advisors, and authorities where required by law or to protect rights and safety.
We do not sell personal information in the ordinary sense of “selling customer lists for money.” Some laws define “sale” or “sharing” broadly (e.g., for targeted advertising). Where such laws apply, you may have opt-out rights described below.
