This is a classic mid-century Omega small-seconds dress watch in steel, with the inside caseback stamped 2800-1 P and the movement marked caliber 266. The layout is restrained and very typical of Omega's post-war manual-wind design language, with applied faceted markers, dauphine hands, and a subsidiary seconds register at 6. Caliber 266 belongs to Omega's long-running 30T2-derived manual-wind family. That family is widely respected for its simple construction, clean architecture, and strong association with Omega's 1940s and 1950s small-seconds watches. On this example, the bridge engraving and 17-jewel specification match the user-provided movement details and the visible movement photo. The 35mm steel case is a strong size for a dress Omega of this period. Combined with the 44mm lug-to-lug span, it gives the watch better wrist presence than many smaller early-1950s dress references while keeping the thin 9mm profile.
