Zenith Pilot, 1952
A 1952 Zenith Pilot offers a clear window into post-war wristwatch design: compact 35 mm steel proportions, an original dial under an acrylic crystal, and restrained lug geometry that speaks to purposeful, wearable construction. Powering the watch is a manually wound caliber 126-5-6 with 15 jewels, a straightforward mechanism representative of Zenith’s mid-century watchmaking.
