Collector Notes & Dating

Inside caseback stamped 6685 and stainless-steel screw back with Atlantic medallion; crown signed “A.” Movement is the AS-family 1716/1717 automatic (25 jewels, marked “4 ADJUSTMENTS”), a caliber introduced in the mid-1960s and widely used through the decade. No serial is visible, so dating is caliber-based: introduction circa 1964 and period-correct case/dial fonts support a production window of circa 1964–1970.

Dial: Original,  grey with applied batons and framed date at 3; clean print, even lume dots; no refinish.
